This board was first designed during a winter trip back to Andy’s hometown of San Diego. He wanted to make something that would go well in the overhead clean days at the reefs which come to life during a good Californian winter – a wave with enough room to draw some long smooth rail carves .
This is our most versatile shape proving to not only light up in larger waves, but also perform in small to medium waves.
The Mordros offers effortless speed and drive with no worry of slipping out. Featuring a soft V entry for forgiveness, a subtle single concave under the front foot, double in front of the back foot, V double out the tail and enhanced rail rocker that loosens up the long rail line. These features contribute to this boards speed and power.
If you want to go very fast without working for it, and flow seamlessly through your turns, we would highly recommend adding The Mordros to your quiver.
