Delivery within Cornwall, UK: £30

(Any board, Any Size)

UK/ Europe Courier Delivery: £80- £120 depending on size.

International Delivery:

We are happy to ship internationally however price will depend on size of custom and shipping location.

Please contact us with your board dimensions and shipping address and and we’ll send you a quote for your oder.

Please note we are not liable import charges applied to the product.

Small/ Soft items: £2.50 (Merch,)

Delivered by second class postage with Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Expected delivery: 3-5 working days.

Fins: £5 (UK Delivery) - 3-5 working days.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or missing parcels due to incorrect information

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check the tracking link in your dispatch email.

  2. Contact your local delivery office to see if it’s being held.

  3. If there’s still no update, contact us, we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please take photographs of the packaging and damages that have occurred and contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, we’re happy to help.

If you place a custom surfboard order by mistake or changed your mind within the first 7 days we can refund the £200 deposit.

After 7 days of purchase your deposit is no longer refundable.

If you’re unhappy with your product for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full or partial refund, repair, or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • un-waxed and un-surfed and in the same condition you received it.

  • Must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/ email order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
